The motorised window blinds can be controlled, opened, and closed with the press of a button via a remote, Bluetooth via an app, voice control, or by a quick pull of an automated pull-cord on the blind. (Only available on Motionblinds) In addition to convenience, motorised blinds eliminate cords or chains, which can be hazardous to children and pets, provide a safe energy source, and improve security. So, for convenience and child-safe blinds, consider electric blinds.
Bluetooth/app blind operation
The app for iOS and Android smartphones uses Bluetooth. The privacy and sun-protection products can be set up, organised, operated, and automated via a graphical user interface in the app using scenes and timers.
Blinds Remote Controls
Depending on the model, you can operate your electric blinds with remote control systems, a hardwired wall switch or the motionblinds automated and integrated pull-cord. A wall-mounted control for your window blinds can be detached and used as a handheld remote. Handheld or tabletop remotes for your electric blinds are ideal for commercial settings, with 1, 4, 5, and 15 channels, enabling the end position of your window blinds to be fine-tuned straight from the remote control.
HOUSE AUTOMATION
Smart Home allows you to connect your sun protection systems to various smart home applications, making it possible to voice control and operate your blinds from anywhere. Depending on the model, the Internet connection is established via the border router or a smart device if the motor, like the eve MOTIONBLIND motor, has integrated Matter via Thread, otherwise a hub, WiFi bridge or Io’s bidirectional radio technology, the TaHoma® box, and your in-house router is needed, opening up additional possibilities and can integrate smart gadgets like the sun automation system to adjust the blinds based on the light level to improve energy efficiency.
In addition to operation via the app or voice control, it can also be linked to the free web-based service IFTTT for interactive control. IF-This-Then-That (IFTTT) offers hundreds of interfaces to other smart home systems and applications.
Blinds WIFI-BRIDGE
Depending on the model, your blinds can be connected to the smart home network using a bridge. You can connect your sun protection systems directly to intelligent voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, or Apple Siri. You can then move your sun protection system to the desired position or call up predefined scenarios with voice commands from anywhere.
The MotionBlinds WiFi Bridge or Mini Bridge is the foundation of the automated sun-protection network. It is needed to enable app-based voice control or to connect to other smart home systems. The customer must have an internet connection.

Eve Motionblinds
(no hub needed) works with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and/or Samsung SmartThings, with built-in Matter and Thread technologies. Providing you have an existing border router or smart device such as a smart TV or smart lighting, there’s no need for a bridge (Hub), registration or any cloud dependency, so it’s secure, and set-up is simple.
Just scan the setup/QR code on the automated pull-cord attached to the blind, and your Smart blinds will be part of your Smart ecosystem – letting your devices, like lights, thermostats, and security cameras, talk to each other.

Motionblinds BLUETOOTH MOTOR lets you operate with the same convenient automated pullcord the Eve motor offers, via remote, Bluetooth via the app, and at any time connected to the smart home using a motion-blinds bridge for voice command and control from anywhere on the globe.
