Pleated or honeycomb blinds with small pleats are perfect for street-facing balcony doors, including sliding doors, folding doors, and windows, with the innovative 16mm slim-rail blind system for the narrow glass bead/rebate.

This style of top-down & bottom-up operation blind makes the use of window tinting or a privacy film obsolete; even slightly raised blinds can have a significant impact on what can be seen from street level or below. The integrated recessed grip on these cellular blinds ensures the comfortable operation of the ergonomically designed handle profile, which is only 16mm wide. The pleated blinds have a pleated fabric fold width of only 15mm for standard pleated fabrics or 20mm for honeycomb fabrics. The pleated and honeycomb blinds can be positioned infinitely due to their top-down & bottom-up operations, making this privacy blind a staple blind for any street-facing balcony door.

Thanks to a special manufacturing process, our blind fabric qualities are antistatic and, therefore, dust and dirt-repellent. Occasional brushing with a soft brush or dust frond is usually sufficient to clean pleated blinds. Cellular blind fabrics come in a large selection of fabric colours in three fabric transparencies and many fabric properties like anti-glare blinds for offices, flame retardant blinds for public buildings, blinds for moist rooms, blinds fabrics that have a so-called mother-of-pearl coating (Perlex®) on their outward-facing fabric surface. These blind fabrics have a high degree of light reflection, and the double pleated honeycomb blind fabric acts as thermal insulation to help keep in the warmth in winter and the heat out in summer.
